The committees

In addition to the functions of the Board in turn, proposed the formation of committees dedicated to specific sectors of our goals.

The Committees proposed by the Current Board are:

Academic Committee

General Purpose. Inform members of courses, scholarships and other means of personal growth of each.

Meta. Send every 2 months list of courses, events, symposiums, conferences, etc.. for business development / professional / staff at universities in the area, establish the relationship with the Department of ITESM exchanges, establish relationship with Mumbusho to inform us of people who come to exchange each semester, establish contact with Conacyt, and that there are several programs supported by Conacyt in Japan annually and inform the members of the various programs offered by the Tecnológico de Monterrey to its graduates.

Computer Committee

General Purpose. Provide the association and its members with the necessary technological tools for communication and broad dissemination of the association.

Meta. Maintenance and creation of the website of the association, to organize events throughout the year where someone involved in the area of information technology enlighten us with their knowledge in the area.

Networking with Mexican Committee

General Purpose. Be the means of contact with various professionals or Mexican students who come to live in Japan. (Exatec Exatec or not).

Meta. Contact the Embassy sector that handles the registration of new Mexico, promote the record with the current countrymen and initiate and maintain a list of professionals who are working or studying in Japan, whether or not Tech alumni Monterrey.

Publications and Marketing Committee

General Purpose. Disseminate publications in various media or actions and events of the Association to promote the achievements of the Association and its members.

Meta. Article on Swearing-Bulletin with the Association during the year 2 items about the Association and Japan in the magazine or a magazine Integratec broadcast in Mexico and Japan, 1 article in the magazine or Magazine of the Embassy of Mexico in Japan.

Relations Committee Alma Mater

General Purpose. Be the means to contact the Office of Alumni Relations and the various areas of the ITESM.

Meta. Establish the relationship with the Chancellor, presidents of the main campus and the DRE.

Embassy of Mexico Relations Committee

General Purpose. Be the means of contact with the Embassy of Mexico in Japan.

Meta. Establish contact with the Embassy of Mexico in Japan at all levels and promote the association with them, inform members of the Association news and events organized by the Embassy of Mexico in Japan Getting taking place to protest Getting a permanent place for meetings and formal banquets of the Association.

Business Relations Committee

General Purpose. Establish the relationship between the Association, several companies and groups of influence in Japan, in order to help the professional development of its members.

Meta. Establish contact with companies in human resources to promote quality education at Monterrey Tech, establish contact with various professionals, company directors or senior people in different industries that can contribute something to our members and invite them to join us and Schedule 2 visits per year to several companies in Japan.

    The Alumni Association of the Tecnológico de Monterrey in Japan - "Association-A-Tec Ex Japan" is a private, nonprofit, independent and unrelated to political and religious interests, inspired by a humanistic tradition and open to belong she graduates from any career or graduate program at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, regardless of gender, race, creed, ideology or social position.
